Each session is designed to foster peace and comfort, beginning with a brief discussion to ensure you feel relaxed and at ease. Sessions start with a singing bowl or music paired with a guided visualization, followed by Reiki treatment. By the end, you'll likely feel refreshed, balanced, and deeply connected to your authentic self.
This experience helps open your senses and connect to your authentic self. Questions, conversation, and tracking your goals are included with each session. Options for in-person or distant/virtual sessions are available.

Multi-Session Reiki
Looking to jumpstart or continue your self-care and healing process? This package offers the benefits of Reiki through multiple sessions at a discounted rate. The 3 sessions may be completed over the course of 1-2 months, with distant/virtual sessions available.
Your body’s energy plays a critical role in your life experiences, particularly when you're feeling unbalanced or "stuck." During each session, we will identify where energy is blocked, clear those blocks, and restore balance. This process helps open your senses, create relaxation, and connect you to your authentic self.
Each session may include guided meditations, sound healing, chakra balancing, and may also incorporate coaching, homework assignments, goal tracking, journal prompts, and resources.

Ready to dive deeper into inner work and self-discovery? It combines coaching, Reiki energy healing, meditation, mindfulness practices, and journaling prompts. Distant sessions are available.
With this program, you will receive four 90-minute sessions, a journal book with prompts, ongoing support and check-ins between sessions, and monthly assignments, coaching, guided meditations, oracle messages, and informative emails with resources and notes.

This 60-minute coaching session is designed to help you dive into self-discovery and build the confidence needed to tackle common obstacles. Sessions may incorporate mindset practices, intuitive development, journaling, mindfulness, and meditation. Reiki energy healing can be included with each session.
