Reiki Classes
Learn Reiki one-on-one with a Certified Reiki Master Teacher in personalized sessions tailored to your unique learning pace. Classes are taught over Zoom, with in-person sessions available in Madison, WI. Throughout your coursework, you will receive individualized guidance to help you master the healing art of Reiki.
What to Expect
Learn to interpret and channel energies while developing and heightening your psychic and intuitive abilities. Upon completion, students will receive Reiki Master Practitioner certification in The Usui System of Reiki Healing. The course includes 15 classes, each lasting 60 minutes.

What to Expect
In this course, you’ll learn practices that empower you to unfold your higher potential. The mentorship program is a blended learning-style format, including four hours of coaching. As a licensed HeartMath Mentor, I will share effective techniques and technologies to reduce stress, anxiety, and resolve day-to-day challenges by creating coherence between your heart rate variability, autonomic nervous system, and brain wave patterns. Regular practice of these techniques helps establish a new baseline for habits and thought patterns by shifting the physiology of hormone production and resetting nervous system set-points, ultimately fostering new neural pathways.
