Connect with loved ones and higher guidance through an open channel, guided by a Certified Evidential & Intuitive Medium with over 6,500 hours of professional practice. Whether through distance Reiki sessions held by telephone or Zoom, or in-person sessions available in Madison, WI, you will receive messages grounded in Evidential Mediumship, providing information there would be no other way of knowing.
What to Expect
Gain a heartfelt connection with loved ones from a Medium who approaches the work with integrity, compassion, and deep respect for the process. One-on-one readings are treated as a vulnerable and tender experience, while group readings offer a dynamic experience with the same level of care. I have helped clients connect with loved ones beyond the veil, as well as higher selves of children, pets, aging family members, and even missing or estranged persons.

Reiki Classes
Learn Reiki one-on-one with a Certified Reiki Master Teacher in personalized sessions tailored to your unique learning pace. Classes are taught over Zoom, with in-person sessions available in Madison, WI. Throughout your coursework, you will receive individualized guidance to help you master the healing art of Reiki.
What to Expect
Learn to interpret and channel energies while developing and heightening your psychic and intuitive abilities. Upon completion, students will receive Reiki Master Practitioner certification in The Usui System of Reiki Healing. The course includes 15 classes, each lasting 60 minutes.

HeartMath® Mentorship
HeartMath Mentorship helps you Build Personal Resilience™ by teaching science-based techniques that tap into the power and intelligence of the heart. As a Certified HeartMath Mentor, I guide you through practices that support you in overcoming blocks, managing anxiety and depression, and rising above daily stressors from a place of empowerment and self-security.
What to Expect
In this course, you’ll learn practices that empower you to unfold your higher potential. The mentorship program is a blended learning-style format, including four hours of coaching. As a licensed HeartMath Mentor, I will share effective techniques and technologies to reduce stress, anxiety, and resolve day-to-day challenges by creating coherence between your heart rate variability, autonomic nervous system, and brain wave patterns. Regular practice of these techniques helps establish a new baseline for habits and thought patterns by shifting the physiology of hormone production and resetting nervous system set-points, ultimately fostering new neural pathways.
