This work is a sacred honoring of your wholeness - your Divine Human self - and your power as a creator. In the Human realm, I offer mindfulness-based visionary guidance for your experiential healing. That looks like you and me talking about what's going on with you, and from here I'll guide you in mindfulness toward your own deep knowing, so you can heal what wants healing and embody the You you want to be. To support your other dimensions, I deliver channeled sound and energy medicine, and channeled activations from Source.
I can help with many things (physical, mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual) in service to your health, clarity, personal alignment, empowerment, self mastery, awakening and evolution. My work runs the gamut. I help people accept and love themselves. I help people find their voice. I help people experience peace and ease, lightness, expansiveness. I help people identify their feelings and needs, and grow their relationship and communication skills. I help people find solidness in the midst of challenging life situations. I help people go deep to experience the greater Truth of their existence as the Divine, Incarnated. And so much more.
I will partner with you to see and release blockages and heal wounds, to clear what is not in alignment with your Truth, to bring light and help you embody your power. I weave claircognizance with elements from my most beloved practices and strongest influences: meditation, mindfulness, energy healing, shamanic journeying, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, The Hakomi Method of Body-Centered Psychotherapy and The Re-Creation of the Self Model of Human Systems. I began channeling energy medicine in 2004. In 2009, I started leading groups in mindfulness-based movement, active meditation, and interpersonal skills group work. My private practice officially began in 2014. I'm a graduate of M.E.T.A.'s Two Year Comprehensive Training in Hakomi, R-CS and attachment methods. I am a spiritual mentor, a lightworker, and a direct channel for Source.
