🔆 Stovetop: Bring the water to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer.
🔆 Slow Cooker: Set to low and let it work its magic all day.
Add more water as needed to keep it going for up to 3 days.
Sit with your simmer pot for a few minutes, breathing deeply and focusing on your goals and alignment.
